Prism operates on a pay-as-you-go, credit-based model. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or memberships to cancel. You purchase scan credits as needed and use them at your own pace.
This policy outlines how refunds are handled for credit purchases made on prismvisibility.com.
Since Prism uses a pay-as-you-go model, there is no subscription or recurring billing to cancel. You are never charged automatically after your initial credit purchase. You only pay when you choose to buy additional credits.
Credits that have been consumed by running scans are non-refundable. Once a credit is used to query an AI engine, the scan is executed immediately and the result is delivered to your account. Due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred with third-party AI providers, used credits cannot be reversed or refunded.
If you have purchased credits that remain unused, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:
The complimentary 100 credits provided to every new account are not eligible for refund, as no payment was made for them. These credits are provided at no cost for evaluation purposes.
