1. Introduction

Welcome to Prism ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prism AI Visibility Tracker platform available at prismvisibility.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Prism is an AI search visibility tracking platform that monitors how your business appears across major AI engines, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Google AI Overview. The Service provides:

  • AI-powered query generation based on your business profile
  • Visibility scanning across multiple AI engines
  • Mention detection, sentiment analysis, and ranking data
  • Competitor intelligence and trend tracking
  • Shareable visibility reports
  • REST API and MCP access for programmatic use

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Credit System and Payments

Prism operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model:

  • Free Credits: Every new account receives 100 one-time credits at no cost
  • Credit Pricing: $1 = 10 credits ($0.10 per credit at base rate). Bulk packages offer discounted per-credit pricing
  • Credit Usage: Each query run against one AI engine consumes 1 credit
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service
  • No Subscriptions: There are no recurring charges. You purchase credits as needed

Credit balances do not expire. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.

5. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of our provided API
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute scan results without authorization
  • Submit false or misleading business information
  • Attempt to manipulate or game AI engine results through the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Prism and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the business information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this information solely to deliver the Service to you.

Scan Results: The AI-generated responses captured during scans originate from third-party AI providers. We do not claim ownership of these responses. You may use your scan results for your own business purposes, including sharing reports generated by the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI engine responses or scan results
  • We are not responsible for changes in AI engine behavior, availability, or ranking algorithms
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and depends on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • AI engine providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI)
  • Razorpay for payment processing
  • Supabase for data storage and authentication
  • Vercel for hosting

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Changes to these services may impact the functionality of Prism.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users
  • We are required to do so by law

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
